House Manual
There are 4 bikes which can be used and kept in shed. Please do not leave out side.
There is a shed on side of house with 5 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella and 1 child’s life jacket.
Landscape lights go on automatically.
Front door lights and motion sensors are on timers.
Backyard Patio sitting area lights have a switch by top of mirror.
Careful not to lock yourself out while sitting in backyard. Unlock bottom lock from patio door to avoid this.
If you want to turn on Zen fountain, please fill base with water for about three minutes using side water hose and then plug in pump.
Please unplug when not I use. Do not run pump dry.
Pool heater turns on automatically when filter is running which is on automatic timer. Adjust temperature on heater control pad to your liking.
Bicycles:
Bicycles are provided as a courtesy. In using a bicycle, you acknowledge and agree that operating a bicycle involves the risk of injury, and/or property damage and hereby assume such risks knowingly and voluntarily. You are responsible for following all applicable laws and for returning the bikes in original condition.
