View home →Own a villa in Casa de Campo but live somewhere else? Vivo manages your home on the ground — guests, turnovers, upkeep and reporting — so it is cared for properly and earning while you are away.

Many Casa de Campo villas are second homes, and most owners we speak with live in the United States, Canada or Europe. A villa in a gated resort community still needs hands-on care between stays — guest questions at any hour, turnovers between back-to-back bookings, and upkeep that keeps the home at the standard Casa de Campo guests expect.
That is the work Vivo takes on. Our local team runs every stay end to end, from guest access and cleaning to maintenance and reviews, while you follow bookings, statements and performance from your owner portal.
